Hair Bundles
Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of our products, all hair bundle sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair bundles once they have been purchased. Expect faulty.
Hair extensions are considered a personal-use product, and we cannot restock or resell them after they have been shipped.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, lengths, textures, and quantities before placing an order.
Bundles cannot be returned if:
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To be eligible for review:
* The hair must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and unaltered
* The bundle tag must not be cut or removed
* The product must remain in its original packaging
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process a replacement.
